What we collect
What you type. Your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your requested pick-up and return dates, where you'd like to collect the vehicle, and any notes you add.
Technical details attached to that submission. When you send the quote form — and only then, not while you browse — we also record your IP address, the country our network provider reports for it, your device's time zone and local time, your browser language, your device and browser type, your screen size, and the page or search that brought you here.
We collect these for one reason: to tell a real enquiry from an automated one. We're a two-person business, and without this we can't distinguish a customer from a bot filling the form. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not enrich it with data from anywhere else, and we do not use it for advertising.
We keep it only as long as we keep the enquiry itself. If the enquiry doesn't become a rental, it goes with the rest of the message.
What we don't do. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not set cookies for marketing. If we add visitor analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly aggregate counter that does not identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
To respond to your rental request and, if you go ahead, to prepare a rental agreement. That's the whole purpose. We contact you by the method you gave us, about the request you made.
Documents you send us later
If you proceed with a rental, we'll ask for a copy of your driver's license and your insurance declarations page. These are not collected through this website — you send them directly by text or email. We keep them with your rental file because we're required to verify eligibility, and we retain them for as long as Florida law and our insurance obligations require, then dispose of them securely.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than service providers who make this possible and only for that purpose: our form-delivery provider, our email provider, our insurer or claims adjuster if there is an incident involving your rental, and law enforcement or a court where we're legally required to respond. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Vehicle telematics
Our vehicles are equipped with GPS/telematics. This is disclosed in the rental agreement and you consent to it when you sign. We use it for vehicle recovery, maintenance, and responding to incidents.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as an executed rental agreement. Email us and we'll handle it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't rent to anyone under 25.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.

Si avanzas con la renta te pediremos copia de tu licencia y la declarations page de tu seguro; esos documentos se guardan con tu expediente por el tiempo que la ley de Florida y nuestras obligaciones de seguro requieran.
